Systems that hold up in the real world
I build, fix, and run the systems small businesses depend on: the website, the booking, the CRM, the follow-up, and the code that connects them. Twenty years of making things work when it’s cold, dark, or live. Everything ends up in your name, under your login.

Typical findings. Scope and price confirmed before work begins.
A sample inspection, not a scan of your site. This is the kind of thing I turn up when I go looking.
Three ways to work with me
Start wherever you are. Most people start with something broken.
Website Rescue
Something’s broken, outdated, or nobody owns it. I find out what you have, fix what’s failing, write down where everything lives, and hand you the keys.
Repair and Care
The unglamorous work that keeps it from falling apart again. Updates, backups, security, monitoring, and a real person answering when something breaks.
Systems and Automation
Find the slow, manual part of how your business runs and build the workflow that fixes it. A real tool you own, documented, not a demo.
What happens after you call
No sales pitch, no proposal deck. You’ll know what it costs before I start anything.
01
Tell me what’s wrong
The short version is fine. “Our contact form stopped emailing us” is enough. If you’re not sure what’s wrong, that’s normal, and it’s usually the first thing I find out.
02
I go look
I check the site, the hosting, the domain, the forms, the backups, and who actually owns what. This part’s free. Most of the time the problem isn’t where people think it is.
03
You get a price, in writing
One number, fixed, before I touch anything. If it’s more than the problem is worth, I’ll tell you that instead.
04
I fix it and hand you the keys
Plus a plain-English map of what you own and where it lives, so you’re never stuck asking permission to use your own stuff again.

Fixed
Boring, on purpose
A working system doesn’t ask for attention. No missed leads sitting in a form that stopped sending, no scramble when something breaks at four on a Friday. It just runs, and you go back to your actual job.
You own everything, in your name, always
Your domain, hosting, and every account stay in your name, under your login. I manage them for you. Most people don’t find out the last guy kept it in his until they try to leave. That doesn’t happen here. If you go, you take everything with you, working. No ransom, no untangling.

What I do
From cable to code
Twenty years across POS systems, field networks, ski-lift fiber, and full-stack code. Tech doesn’t fail in a demo. It fails on the mountain, in the mud, or twenty minutes before a live show. That’s where I learned what “working” means: simple beats clever, every extra dependency is one more thing that breaks, and if you can’t see it, you can’t fix it. I work solo, I document what I do, and I check the numbers against the source instead of trusting the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Still have a question? Get in touch.
What does this cost?
Rescue work is fixed-price, quoted before I start. Care plans are monthly. Automation is quoted after a short conversation. All the numbers are on the Services page. I don’t do hourly.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No. Wherever your site lives now, the account stays yours. If the current setup is the problem, I’ll tell you and set up something better in your name, with you holding the login.
Someone already built my site. Is this awkward?
It’s most of my work. Sites get built and then orphaned when the person moves on. I don’t need to talk to them. I just need access.
Do you only do websites?
No. The website is one piece. I also build and connect the rest of it: booking, CRM, follow-up, the automations between your tools, and the code that makes them talk to each other. If it’s part of how the business runs, it’s in scope.
Can you get my business recommended by AI assistants?
I can make your business legible to them: structured data, entity consistency across the places they look, and a harness that tracks whether your name is showing up over time. Nobody can guarantee AI citations, and I won’t pretend to. You’re paying for real implementation and honest measurement, not a promise of rankings.
Tell me what’s broken
Send me the short version of what’s going wrong and I’ll tell you what it would take to fix it.A short line that restates the value and gives one clear reason to act now.
